Big Red Cake Recipe
This Big Red Cake is unlike other traditional cakes due to its creamy vanilla and bubble gum flavour of ‘Big Red Soda’. Moreover, its evident red colour makes it novel and appealing. The incorporation of soda into the batter keeps the cake moist. You can bake the cake in layers form, cupcakes, or sheet cakes according to formal and informal occasions.

Carefully mingle the eggs, water, cake mix, and oil in a large vessel and beat the ingredients with an electric beater for 2-3 minutes.
Spread out the batter in the greased baking pan.
Bake the batter in the preheated oven for half an hour. You can give extra time if the cake is not baked properly. To check, prick a toothpick in the cake. If it comes out clean with nothing sticky attached to it, then it is perfectly done.
Make pores in the cake at about 2-3 inches difference with a toothpick or a fork.
Let it cool completely.
For Whipped Frosting
