In a big mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, salt, and spicy sauce. Blend well.
Put the chicken thighs in, wrap them in the plastic, and start marinating for one hour at room temperature.
In a mixing-sized bowl, combine all of the other dry ingredients and whisk together.
