Malibu Pina Colada Recipe
Malibu Pina Colada is a tropical cocktail. This is a coconut-flavored liquor mixed with pineapple juice and coconut cream. This version of the traditional Piña Colada adds Malibu rum, so Malibu gives the drink an even more enhanced coconut flavor. A very refreshing drink perfect for summer, or even when you just want to dream about a beach getaway!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Cream of coconut
- 4 ounces Pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Rum (Bacardi Gold)
- 1 1/2 ounces Coconut rum (Malibu)
- 2 cups Crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth, then pour into glasses. Garnish with maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges if desired.
