- Chicken breasts = 4 small or 2 large
- Butter = 3 tbsp
- Dry hidden Valley ranch seasoning = 1 packet
- Cream cheese = 16 oz, (2*8 oz packets)
- Worcestershire Sauce = 2 tsp
- Sharp cheddar cheese = 1 cup, shredded
- Pepper = 1 tsp
- Paprika = for color
- Salt = to taste
- Garlic powder = to taste
- Onion powder = to taste
First, preheat your oven to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take a bowl and add Worcestershire Sauce, Dry hidden Valley ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese in it. Mix them well together. Make two or four portions of the mixture according to how many chicken pieces you took.
Open the chicken breasts. Do this by slicing them lengthwise with a sharp knife evenly and down the middle. Then fill the cut open portions of the chicken breasts with the mixture you prepared earlier with the sauces and cheese.
Then take another bowl and add salt, pepper, paprika onion powder, and garlic powder it. Mix well to make the seasoning mix. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the stuffed chicken breasts.
Take a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Place the stuffed and seasoned chicken breasts on the baking sheet. Then put the butter slab on each breast piece (2 or 4).
Cook in the preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour. Check if the chicken has been cooked through or not by using a thermometer. It should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take out the baking sheet carefully. Dish out the Ruth Chris stuffed chicken and serve warm. Bon Appetit!
