Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Minced garlic cloves
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 3 lbs. peeled potatoes
  • 7 ounces Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • Mixed herbs

Instructions

  • In the first step, cut the chicken into smaller pieces. This meat is supposed to be pan-fried until colored. Put the chicken and its broth in a bowl and set aside.
  • Add onions to the pan after greasing it with butter.
  • Fry, until the onions become tender and semi-transparent. Sauté the vegetables with onions.
  • Cook after adding the all-purpose flour. Add a jug of cold milk to your frying pot along with some water. For some taste, add chicken powder as well.
  • After that, add a bowl of sour cream and the peeled potato cubes. Now, add your cooked chicken to it.
  • Pour a dish of cheese over it; it will taste amazing.
  • Allow to simmer for five minutes, stirring frequently, to allow the cheese to melt and the sour cream to warm up and achieve a fantastic texture.
  • Once that's done, transfer it to a bowl and top with a little extra cheese, green onions, and herbs, such as coriander leaves.
  • One expert tip for this recipe is to bake your potatoes in the oven before cooking them, which will make them tender and impart a superb flavor.
