Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Then pour in the flour and mix until smooth. Whisk continuously for approximately two minutes at a time, till your mixture thickens & bubbles.
Whisk the milk carefully and bring it to a boil. Stir in the sauce & cook for about 5 minutes, until it's thick and bubbling.
Remove the tail and claws. Cut the lobster along its rear and legs.
If desired, season the lobster tails with salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over them. In a large pot, bring water with lobster shells to a boil. Reduce the heat then simmer for about 10 minutes.
Drain the shells of your lobster and discard the water. Bake the lobster shells on an oven tray for about 12-15 minutes, until your meat is well cooked.
Pour some of the butter sauce we had made before the lobster. Grill it for about 3 minutes at 500°F on high broil.
Prepare the noodles then soak in a bowl of warm water and keep them for a minimum of 10 minutes. This will make them softer and easy to use. Boil a pot of water, then add your noodles to it.
Allow them to cook for approximately two minutes, till they're soft. Drain the noodles & set them aside. Using another small bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper flakes, and onion powder. Combine carefully and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Bring everything to a boil, then decrease heat to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
To increase the flavor of the noodles, mix in the sauce. After the lobsters have finished cooking, simply top them with the noodles. Your Yard House Lobster Noodles are ready to serve.
