FAQs

Can I make my chicken bites or do I necessarily need to use the packaged ones?

You can also make your chicken bites. For that, use the boneless breast piece of chicken. Make a bread with all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Fry your pops and here you go!

How can I make the bread stick to the chicken in homemade bites?

To make the bread stick to the chicken, first coat the chicken pieces in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and then coat the seasoned flour mixture. In this way, the breading will stick to the chicken properly.

Can I use chicken thighs instead of Chicken breast bites?

Yes, you can simply replace the chicken breast with chicken bites but it will change the taste a little bit due to the change in the cut portion of the chicken. However, that will not turn out to be bad at all.

Can I freeze the Longhorn Spicy Chicken Bites?

You can safely freeze the uncooked spicy chicken bites in the freezer. Just arrange them in a single layer and freeze them. You can fry or bake them later when needed. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
